Skate Park Canteen Grand Opening!

Jul 31, 2026

We’re thrilled to share the Picton Skate Park Canteen is OPEN! The youth-led Greater Than County Youth Collective submitted a successful bid to run the canteen and revive this community resource. This fab little kitchen has been closed since Covid. It now offers a very affordable snacks & drinks menu (with smoothies!), a fun programming space, and public washrooms!

This terrific community space is open now every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10am – 4pm. Check it out!

No, the fryers are not on! This is a youth-friendly menu to enjoy at the park or on the move, boost your energy and keep you cool! Everything on the menu is between $1 – $3.
